This our second Blackstone griddle. After enjoying first griddle located on our deck at home, We bought the smaller 17? tabletop griddle for use with our RV at the lake.

Works great. Easy to relocate and transport. Assembly is super easy as it comes mostly assembled. Just enough cooking space for me.

A little heavier than the other propane grills. Different taste than ?grill? burgers. Great for breakfast vittles. Quality construction not cheap parts. Actually the steaks taste much better. Actually juicy, griddle veggies great. I like the 17? for the RV easy cleaning.
I received this griddle with a new camper purchase and it is perfect for camping! In 2 days I've made BBQ pork sliders, bacon, and strawberry shortcake (biscuits)! I think I could make anything on it! Only 4 stars because it cooks very uneven, but that may be intended to keep things and on the edges of the griddle.

So far awesome.
I can cook almost the entire meal on this griddle. Everything has turn out delicious so far. Being a vegetarian, this works great for vegetables, black bean burgers, vegetable hotdogs. I do eat fish and the griddle works great for that too.
It looks nice. Just put it together for camping. I have a larger one at home. I'm sure I will love cooking on this one as well.
